When working with Procast, we follow our stringent procedures to ensure your product runs smoothly and efficiently. We prepare our Health & Safety Risk Assessment Plans prior to starting a project which aims to identify, assess and implement how potential hazards may happen and how it can be prevented. These plans are checked by an outside Health & Safety Professional who will ensure that everything is done in accordance. Gas checks are also performed before and after work to ensure no issues occur, safety is paramount.
We prioritise communication from the first step. Our site managers talk with residents and those who may be concerned with the work we are carrying out in order to answer questions and eliminate concerns. Our team will mail residents of nearby properties to alert them of the work pending, to make contact and avoid suprising any residents during the commencement of work.
In the event of any issues, we deal with complaints promptly and ensure that residents are properly attended to and their issues resolved.
Procast believe that young people are the next construction generation. Derek Innes continuously sets out to employ the younger generation including two trainee site managers in which he employed straight from college and is putting them through their university degree. Derek also aims to employ young apprentices from each area in which Procast are doing works on. Procast are currently working towards achieving an Investors in Young People accreditation.
