Health and Safety & Accreditations
Our commitment to our clients is that we continually invest in our team and site manager's training to ensure full compliance to the current legislation required and to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), 5 Day Site Management Safety Training, Health and Safety Touchscreen Test at Management Level, First Aid, CHAS and SMAS Accreditation to assure our client base of our health and safety awareness. This ensures that you can rely on our teams to be at the forefront of the required skills & training.
We invest in the education of our team members and through college to achieve both Quantity Surveying and Business skills. Our training is of the highest standard in alignment with the National Agreed Standards and Employers National Training Organisation requirements. We are committed to our workers acheiving their CSCS skills card.
We are also members of National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), The Guild of Master Craftsman, Construction Line, STROMA Approved. We are a member of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). Contracts Manager has overall responsibility for all projects, from here a site specific project manager will be put in place to take the project through to completion ensuring all requirements of all parties involved are met. All trades are carried out in house with the exception of Gas Installation & Maintenance.
Several of our team members are trained to the level of qualified site supervisors ensuring that in the absence of the designated supervisor, the gap is filled by a proficient and qualified team member.
Our admin staff are qulaified in CDM 2007 and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999: Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
